Items we feel are essential to have in a healthy kitchen:
Pantry Items:

- yeast
- vital wheat gluten
- beans (all varieties either dried or canned)
- canned tomatoes
- brown rice
- lentils
- honey
- maple syrup
- Agave nectar
- coconut oil
- canned pumpkin
- Raw Cacao powder or cocoa powder
- tomato paste (in tube is best for reuse)
Perishable Items:
- onions
- garlic
- greens, all kinds
- in-season fruits and veggies
- carrots
- ginger (can be frozen)
